Accountability Mission: No Mercy and No Excuses

Its an early post for Monday folks.  Feel free anyone to post accountability this week if I don't get it posted.  I'm not sure what my wifi status will be for the next few mornings.

Its a new week.  How did you do last week?  Tell the whole truth and be accountable.  Are you pleased with your results?

Think about what went well and what needs improvement.   Make a plan for this week.  Keep what works and discard the rest.

...All are welcome, jump in at anytime.

I fell into some bad ways Sunday and I will not make it a habit.  I did not wait that hour after eating to drink.  Oh boy its true, it does lead to eating sooner.  Lord knows if I don't space my feedings I'll eat all day and all night.  Drinking too soon does not help even if I'm eating the right foods.

I did get the protein vits and water down.  My weight is still up and my clothes are tight but I can zip my pants up even if I can't yet wear them.  One medication put on 20 lbs in six days.  Its been ten days on the antidote and only 12 lbs have come off.  So much for goal and maintenance, back to weight loss.

Monday will be tough because my usual feeding schedule won't work.  I'll use fruit to hold the calories down and protein powder to make sure I hit my goal.  Carbs will be up but it will be in good carbs.  I need to avoid the 'bad' carbs as much as possible.  Vits and water will be on point.  It will be exercise lite this wee****il I'm straight and can get back on my normal program.

Have a good one folks.

Trying to recover from being off work last week and on vacation about 4 of those days.  It was basically eating out of restaraunts most of the time.  But, I didn't do too bad, compared to how I ususally do when traveling.  Don't get me wrong, cause I did sin but not as bad as I could have.  My biggest sin was sodas.  Two days at two different parks in scortching heat all day...a brother can dehydrate faster than a mudd.

But hopped back into the gym Sunday with strength training and cardio.  Hit the trail again this morning with some cardio.  So, trying to make an effort to get back on track.

Intend on eating "right" this week to make up for last week.  Already got my morning protein shake done.  Bout to knock out these vits.  Got some tuna fish on tap for lunch and prolly some grilled chicken thighs for din din.

It's a beautiful morning!!!!!!!!

Yesterday I did ok. Vitamins were taken, but I slacked off with my water. I did get 48 oz. Calories I did okay. Today is monday and this is the day I usually get back on track. Today's plan is to walk on the TM for 3 miles and do tae bo for 20 minutes. Last week I didn't get tae bo done. I know I need to do it because it will help me tone. I just have to stick with it. I think once I see results it will be worth all the pain, sweat, and tears. LOL> I don't want to give up on exercise. I have never been this consistant and I don't want to stop now. I want to see the results of my hardwork.
Wine is back out the door. It was for a day, but you are right when you say I need to find myself another pick-me up. A non caloric pick-me up. LOL> I will find something, but hopefully there are more happy days than sad. Time to get my body moving. I am not in the mood, but Lord knows it needs to be done. No excuses. Just do it! Enjoy your day and be safe.

Glad the wine is gone.  Once you get started moving you'll be glad you did.

I've become very conscious about not drinking too soon after eating, I try to drink my full before I eat hoping I don't become thirsty right after eating. I'm getting back into my routine of taking all of my supplements daily I'm not 100% yet, but I'm doing much better.

My eating has been on point lately as a matter of fact I have not felt like eating much and the cravings for sweets are under control.  I think I'm doing better with the cravings because I'm keeping my carbs as low as possible.

I've lost 4 points yeah me!  Still walking daily even when its hot as hell outside.  Drinking enough water well.....ahhhh

This is the first time I violated the rule.  Back to basics for me.  Congratulations on eating on point and loosing 4!
