I did not walk this morning, too tired just got back in town last night, but I will dance hard in the mirror tonight!

 Just got back from the gym - did weights first, then 30min of running.  It was a crappy run.  I couldn't do more than 3 min jog intervals and it was just mentally hard to get thru.  Did 2.1 miles.

i partied hard in naptown this weekend, and i am too tired!!!  nevertheless, i will get in 3 miles tonight.

Hit the gym in the morning for arms, abs and cardio. Adding kettle bells/balls (whatever they are called) and harder...much harder ab work.

I did my 20 mins of Tae Bo. I was tired and didn't feel in the mood, but once I started I felt like I could keep going to the end, but instead I added 3 miles on the treadmill.
