Full body workout at the gym in a few hours

I am praying thay I can keep my eating healthy.

This is recovery weekend for me - I ran a total of 6 miles over my days last week - my hips, legs and lower body are HOWLING at me!!! lmao.  I'm going to keep my eating in check..... should be easy cause I'm BROKE right now (but you know ninjas find $$ for food)

Will focus on getting water in - that will probably be my biggest challenge.

I need to work on getting plain water in. I have been drinking crystal light and for some reason it makes it harder to pass a bm(i know tmi...) But I have also been eating these dinners called Fresh Cuisines from Walmart. Fresh Cuisine: Shrimp Fettuccini Alfredo, 11 oz

They are so good. Just add a little salt and pepper and its good to go. Fresh. No frozen. And no preservatives.

I have taken my vits and minerals for the day and I will work on getting my exercise in next.
