I did ok for the day.  Carb count was high because I had several pieces of fruit.  Protein, water, vits & supplements all in check.  However, I did have a late night snack that I did not need.   This late night grazing urge continues to plague me but I'm working on it.  I held the snack to a few ounces of protein and no grazing.  Its so hard but I'm trying not to eat after nine pm. 

For today, same plan:  100g protein, watch the carbs, 64-72 oz water, all vits & supps.  No work out planned.

Eh well yesterday could have been better. But then again, I tend to see the weekends as 'cheat' days. Today should be much better, I spent yesterday gettign salad greens washed and fixed up for the week. Made tuna salad, and got my week's worth of greek yogurt. I'm just going back to all tose things that worked wel for me in the beginning.

What works well early on is often what we should be doing.  Any way, someone who's been at this as long as you have needs to build in some slack.  Good planning and setting things up for the week.
