I did well yesterday.  Five feedings and I got all the protein in, just over 100g.  Water and all supplements too.  I got my wake up call.  No more labs that suck.  (OK, one more but that's next week and I don't expect results so quickly.)

Today more of the same.  Protein 100g; water 64-72 oz; multivit, calcium, iron and all other supps; exercise lite.

My day is starting with water, vits and my home baked protein cookies.  Later I'm headed to red lobster with another OH'er.  The biscuits have been calling me.  Pray that I eat JUST ONE.  Looking forward to some protein filled fish.

I'm feeling good today and I will make this an excellent day.  Have a good one folks!

Do you count carbs? I might just piggy back off of your daily goals. I am sure it would do well for me. I am also trying to eat 5 smaller meals instead of 3 and what I consider snacks (have been more indulgences of late)

I do count carbs although I'm less strict now that I'm at goal.  I hold mine to 50 net carbs.  I subtract sugar alchohols as well as fiber.  A high carb day is around 100 net carbs but that's infrequent.  If I have the right foods around I don't want the carbs except for fruit.

Good Morning All we are approaching the weekend and I am happy to say I am back on point with my eating proteins 1st, keeping carbs low and taking the majority (not all, I'm working on that) of my supplements :)
I
The not so good thing about my journey towards optimum health is I am still smoking my designated quit day is Monday, July 26th I was instructed to take the medication for a week before I actually quit but I had planned to quit prior to that week.  The ciggs tasted bad day two of the medication and I smoke far less than I ever did. Soon I will be a quitter and a loser............. I'm loving it :)

For some reason I have started the bad habit of drinking too soon after I eat.  My stoma was two large from day one allowing food to escape my pouch sooner than desired. Drinking too soon after eating just washes everything away causing me to be hungry too soon.  Any who I plan to start clocking that hour before I drink.

Have a good weekend

You are really doing it today.  Work that program girl.

I've been lax on the hour after eating mysef lately.  The only thing I really mis post op is sipping beverages right after eating.  Sipping several glasses at the table is how I like to end a good meal.

I hit the gym at 5am - ran 30min.  did about 2.17 miles I believe - just under 2.2.  I was able to do a 10min job interval, and only 3 2min fast walks.  I should ramp up into 3 miles by mid August with no problem.

I'm enjoying the running!  Since I got my new shoes - it's a breeze (almost).  Still trying to figure out why my ARMS even hurt after I'm done tho - LOL - cause running 30min is NO FREAKIN PUNK!

Bfast was biscuit w/gravy and bacon plus one hash brown stick. Sue me - I ran for 330 calories and dammit, I did an immediate withdrawl from that bank! LOL  Lunch will prolly be chili and a baked potato.  Dinner - fried catfish w/hot sauce and ketchup - I LOVE FRIDAYS!!!! I'm going to TRY to avoid the likka sto and leave the Maker's Mark on the shelf........

I know losing the weight is a process, but even more so trying to maintain. Keep up the good work. I want some Red Lobster too. I have been wanting some crab and lobster. Those bisquits are serious. I pray you just eat one cause I already know. I can just imagine how they taste right now..lol..

Today I am craving food. I woke up to my hubby cooking a good smelling breakfast, and to my surprise he didn't make me a plate. He knows I am serious about staying on track. I want to reach my goal. I have never been skinny and I would like to see how it feels. Todays hunger is probably coming from PMS. I seem to have that more so now than before surgery. I am still going to stay on track,  add in more exercise, and bring more fruits and veggies. I need to find some more low cal and filling snacks. The 25 cal light popcorn is ok, but I don't want to burn myself out on that snack. One day at a time..LOL> that is all I can do.

You said it, one day at a time, ODAT.  It sounds trite but its an attitude that makes wl and maintenance possible for some.  Just get through the moment.

You are doing it minute by minute.  Keep it going.  Hang tough.
