LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I'm pulling myself together today and doing what I need to do. I had a good protein breakfast upon waking and I'm planning my protein for the day. I did well yesterday eating the dense protein and reducing the veg so I could meet my protein goal.
Today's plan: 100g protein; under 50g net carbs; 64-72 oz water; around 1500 calories; exercise lite, some dvd or other; multivit, iron, calcium plus other supps.
I'm ordering bariatric vits and the other additional supplements I've Iet slide. Next month my labs will be better.

I have had a serious realization. That I have been eating without caring. This is a very dangerous thing for me or anyone for that matter. Ever since vacation.... I had slowly started to let food control my life again AND this is SO not where I want to be. Time to stop isolating and jump back in the saddle...for real. I am logging my food and have the exercise planned out. I will not talk so much this time... Just need to do everything i can to keep myself motivated. I have gained and I can feel it more than I can see it. My back lets me know when I am in a dangerous zone. It has been aching more of late.... Overall...I am not down on myself in the least...I just know what I need to do and will do it without promotion..at least for now. I am going to go back to basic and spend time looking at the pre and post op pics.....vitamins....100 oz of H20 per day; exercise 45minutes of cardio 4-5 days a week and some light weights. Keep my eye on others and things that are motivating and positive.

I did great yesterday took my vitamin's, drank my liquid & protein drinks and exercised. All in all yesterday was a good day AND I went shopping and had to get 8's not 10's I still say I wear a 10 if anyone asks because I can't fit all 8''s and I don't want to hear you don't need to drop any more weight...... I'm not at my goal:)
This post reminded me to take my vitamin's. I plan to remain focused

Good for you being back on track! Motivation is the key and I see you are on a mission.
Yesterday was ok. I stayed within my calorie limits and I took all my vitamins. As far as exercise I was tired, but I still did a 30 min walk. I didn't get my 64 oz of water. I was 2 cups short. I also had a glass of wine, but it wasn't for stress it was just to see if I had control. I poured myself half of a wine glass and didn't even drink it until a few hours later. I only drank a little bit because I didn't really want it. Now I can move on and continue to focus on weightloss and good health. Today is a new day and I will be drinking my water all day. Today I am doing tae bo for 20 mins and 40 mins on the TM. The babies kept me up all night and they still woke up esrly this morning, so I am really tired, but I am going to get it done. No excuses.

I'm a bridge gal myself when I'm ready to jump. NY gives you lots of choices. All I've got today is an overpass above the rr tracks. Got to drive an hor for a good bridge.
I can't remember any cliffs in Houston but its been awhile. No cliff means you can't off yourself. Alternative methods disallowed.
