I am on my way out the door now, I am still sore and tired from my vigorous workout last week, so I will brisk walk 1 mile this morning.

 Nothing today for me - recovery day.  My body sent me a warning telegram yesterday........ lol

I'm easing back into it while you folks take a break.  Its exercise lite today.  An hour of easy cardio, dvd to be determined.

my body was so sore yesterday!  i had to soak with some epson salt and sleep with my mattress heater on...smh  anywho, i'll be attending another Zumba class today...

I went on a two mile brisk walk this morning and I will walk another mile at lunch.

I am doing 45 minutes on the Eliptical as planned exercise and just taking the opportunity to take extra steps and stairs whenever possible. Driving around for the closest park and elevators are out for today...one day at a time.

I keep forgetting that a mile is actually good..lol I remember a time when a miled seemed like the longest distance in the world.
The plan is to do 20 mins of tae bo and walk on the TM for 30-40 mins or 2 to 3 miles. I found that walking is just as good a jogging without the stress on the knees.
