Changing Wedding Plans and a Delimma with a friend
lol....gurl...I have been trying to keep it to myself....not trying to jinx anything...lol....Plans are still a little in the air because he just had knee surgery but I will definitely let you know if we end up in Jacksonville or anywhere close. I am looking forward to seeing you next week though if things work out and you are in the area with a little time on your hands.
That is so kind hearted of you and your honey to accomodate your brother in law and cover the expenses for your friends. That's a lot of damned nerve she's got to even think of asking for more.
She knows better she wants to take advantage of what she sees as a gold mine. She wants to strip every possible ounce from that gold mine. You'd best make sure you do not allow room charges. Let incidentals for your guests be at their own expense. Who knows what she'll spend if you're paying.
If she cancels ask her to reimburse the non refundable portion. She likely will not but let her know she owes you. I hope it does not come to that. Weddings always bring out the beast in someone. Family or friend, plan a wedding and a fool will surface.

Thanks sweetie for your support!! I have already told her she would have to reimburse the cost in case of cacellation, I made this CLEAR before we booked all the reservations, I just hope she comes to her senses and forget about bringing a guy along with her, this is about us just having fun...if she wants to go on romantic trip HER GUY should fund it...not us....

Mack, I have no clue...we have not really talked that much this year...we used to be pretty close, but we've grown apart but we always kept in touch....we use to travel and go to clubs, and do things together in my younger years...I met her when I first moved to the DC area, she is a good person overall....she used to do things for me when I was younger and we have both been through good times and bad.....so I am not really sure who she is dating these days, apparently he is not the type that I would recommend for her...so I will try to give her some advice too while we are at it...lol..
