Mack I knew I could count on you go break it down ghetto style....if she gets "****ty" I may do some type of lottery on BAF to take one of my friends here...who will appreciate a FREE destination holiday for 5 full days including casinos and good food.....hopefully she will come to her senses....but overall she is a sweet friend of mine otherwise I would not have took her along with me....she acutally begged me to come with us...and now she is asking if she can bring along a guy

Ghetto????  Moi?????  Jamais!!!!

Let's see if I can 'clean' this up, lest I become 'piegeonholed' into characterization of my musings as unpolished or lacking social graces...........

In theory, you (hereby refered to as 'Party of the First') entered into a contract with your friend (hereby refered to as 'Party of the Second').  The terms of the contract clearly stated that the party of the second would receive full accomodations for the duration of the event held by the party of the first in exchange for the party of the second's participation in the event.  The party of the first did not stipulate any guests allowed or covered in conjuction with the contract with the party of the second, therefore - the request by the party of the second to make an addendum to the attendance list is a breach of the original contract.

Therefore, the party of the first is not held to any liability for cancelling the contract, as the party of the second's actions render the original contract null and void.

Also, the party of the first is free and clear to pursue whatever avenue deemed necessary to replace the party of the second in accordance with the originally intended wedding and travel plans.

It is so ordered on this 22nd day of July, 2010.

Then she can kick rocks.  You were kind enough to pay for her expenses (and that is VERY generous indeed) that she should respect you and love you enough not to take advantage of your kindness. If she wants to bring her man, he/they can pay for his attendance.  This is YOUR day. This is about you and Erik and starting a life together. Nothing else is as important as that.

Love is all there is, ever was or ever will be...

AAARRRGGGGHHHHH@#$%^&* Erik is truly a generous man.....people in the wedding party...I personally can see due to last minute changes...BUT still thats being nice. ....BUT your so called friend who SENDS you an email...not even a call...to ask if your fiance will FOOT the bill for her friend.........THE AUDACITY!!!! is all I can say.  How does she even think that she can even come off to you that way AND you not be offended? Just a question.....Are you saying or doing anything to make her think that this would be cool? Be careful what you say Na.....   If she can't take an EMAILED NO!!!  and decides to bail....I say good riddance and dump the loser and QUICK. Stick up for your man! Would you pay for her friend out of your pocket...Eriks funds aside? I sure in the heyl would not. AAARRRGGGGHHHHH@#$%^&*  ~Breath Lisa Breathe~ Wishing for nothing but the BEST for you and Erik.

P.S. Sorry to hear about your sister's husband. Pray that all will be okay with him.

Hey MD...you are so sweet, heck I should change things and take you along if you want too come??? She asked to come along..she has been a long time friend of mine since relocating to the DC area for about 15 years, we've had our ups and downs and she has been good to me too over the years..but she can be a little bit jealous of me in certain ways but I look pass that,....

Erik IS TOO NICE...he will pay for anybody and try to make people very happy, I agreed it was ok for him to pay for everyone since this is our wedding and we wanted to be happy and celebrate with friends...thanks for the support sweetie

Na....I know all too well how long time friends can be...I dumped one that I have known for 20 something year's because she let the green eyed monster get the best of her. I was actually going to be in Cali for my next vacation the beginning of August BUT my plans have changed.  The girls and I are heading to Florida to meet my new love's family.   I will keep you posted. I want to see all the pictures though..one day over lunch or dinner when you are back in the area!
