Although the baby is very light, she still have African features... she does not look like a white baby too me...she seems a bit more like albino...I am sure she will get darker as she gets older.

I don't know.  It rains a lot in Great Britain and the sun doesn't shine too often.  Come to think of it she may fit in just fine before too long.

Hey U,

This IS A FACT, did you know that 70 percent of African Americans ancestry is traced back to White American Slave Masters...so this CAN happen, it is very very rare but it can happen....just because someone is dark skinned does not make you 100 percent Black, ...we have plenty blue eye and green eyed folks in my family....

It's very very sad..but unfortunately it's an ugly part of our history...most African Americans are direct descendants of captive slaves...even in the Caribbean.....this is the reasoning why you see so many African Americans that may look strange with blue eyes and there is not a direct parent that have those features...the genes can sometimes go wayyyy back....

Maybe I should not have used that word, it may be offensive to some, but again,  heck all my family use it all the time when we get darker the summer....I get pretty dark every summer too, skin color and tones never meant much to me, it's all about features that makes up someone heritage and ancestry.....

That's what I was laughing about....  My grandmama used to say that.  I just haven't heard it in awhile.  I wasn't offended.  If it was coming from someone outside of BAF, it would be different.

I hear ya.  I'm gonna put you down as a potential soldier for BAF just in case a fool tries to act up around here.

This is strange, because of the hair texture and features.  I hope somebody wasn't trying to create skin color mutations in a laboratory.  :)  I KNOW somebody got some SPAINNNNNN-in to do...

Word.  American brothas would be flippin the script over something like that.  I guess they are a little more trusting in science over there.

My son was white with big blue eyes and a head full of straight black hair when he was born. When my hubby went to visit him in the nursery, they kept asking him which one was his ? lol  As he got older, his eyes changed to grey and are now hazel and his hair changed to big curls at about 7 months old. He looks more like his dad now and is darker than I am. My daughter was darker and they kept asking me which baby was mine, so the opposite was true. lol  She looks exactly like her daddy from birth even down to the dimples and caramel skin.

My oldest sister has blonde hair and blue/green eyes but she looks like my dad's sister even though my mom has the most white on her side of the family. We have the rainbow coalition in our family. lol  I agree with Na though that this child does look like she may be an albino. Who knows whats going on.
