HOLD MY FEET TO THE FIRE! ACCOUNTABILITY WEDNESDAY
I'm still here .... still struggling (mostly a mind thing)
this thing ain't a slam dunk for me I can't take anything
for granted. For today:
72 oz water (34 oz down)
Vitamins (morning vits already down)
30 min to 1 hour exercise
B - 1/2 cup Mung Bean Soup / Grapefruit
L - Fish / Salad
S - 3 P'nut butter crackers
D - ?

There is always an event that snaps us back in shape. Thanks for sharing this experience. I will learn and make sure to stay on top of my vitamins.
Yesterday was pretty good day. I didn't get in 80 mins of exercise, but I did do 50 mins. Today I would like to do 3 miles on the TM walking. Jogging is faster, but walking works just a well without the stress on my knees. I ate well yesterday. I stayed within my cal limits and got in all my water and vitamins. Today is a new day and I am trying to stay on the same track. I have now lost all the weight I gained and a few more pounds. I am feeling good about myself getting it together. My DH is starting to tell me I am small enough. I told him I am still close to 200 pounds. That is not small enough. The more he tries to sabotage the stonger I become.
