Haven't you heard?  There was a high-powered sista formerly with the USDA (no relation) out there who never really got the memo, obviously, that in thi****ech day and age of cell phone cameras and the super secret undercover folks who "wanna-somehow-embarrass-Obama-every-chance-they-can" gestapo, you can't go around making speeches all willy-nilly about not being fair towards people that don't readily look like you:

Unfortunately, she gave a speech talking about how she "could've really helped a white farmer save their land but instead she did just enough..."  WTH!?!  Of course, ya know she's now sitting at home jobless, fuming and "talking some more" (albeit complaining really) about how she was setup and how people had been out to get her because a black woman in power yadda, yadda, yadda...

No, no, no...  When asked to give a speech these days divulge only the following:

1.  Who you are - Name, rank, and serial number, Souljah.
2.  What is it that you do - State it; don't re-create it.
3.  Give thanks to "the Lawd" for having that job - don't worry most of the people there will be black so they can relate to the Lawd.
4.  Encourage others to keep perservering. - Keep It Simple, Stupid

Given just that, your speech may be boring as heyl but most people who show up for it will mostly likely come for the free food anyway.  I should know; I do.

What was funny was that they called that sista 3 times on her way driving home.The 3rd time they called, she wasn't moving fast enough, so they told her to pull ova and resign right then and there !!!!!    Dang at least they followed Oprah's rules for the "NO PHONE ZONE" and have her to pull over.   She shot herself in the foot with this one.

I thought that she said the incident in question happened that far back before she worked for the USDA.

oh ok.  i've been only getting bits and pieces of the story.  (i've kinda heard that if one hears the whole context of what she was saying...it makes more sense.)

Even the kkk grand wizard will deny racism was a motivation for his actions.  How big an idiot do you need to be to admit to race having any bearing on your professional decisions.  We all know what really goes on in many circles.  Yet those responsible are busy convincing America that its Black folks who are the racists in this country.  Thanks to jack@$$es like her they have examples to point to.  SMDH.
