Good morning....
I am so tired...I walked down to the gym again this morning and workout on the treadmill on high tensity and walked home...I almost fell out As they say no pain no gain......

I brought my change of clothes with me today I will go to the lake after work and walk around two times which is 3 miles. Thinking about starting couch to 5k again but my knees don't like me jogging too much :)
I will also walk lunch time for 30 minutes and will not stop at the downtown shopping gallery when I pass it :)

Change is a Process Not an Event
Hit the gym this morning - a full 2 miles in 27min. Longest jogging interval was 13min.
My legs are SCREAMING!!!! tomorrow will be a rest day - I know that feeling well enough to know my body will break, sprain or otherwise jack something up to get my azz to sit down..,., LOL!!!!
I did some light lower and upper body weight work in the gym before I left tho.......

i'm still feeling the effects of that step class yesterday. today, i'm looking forward to Zumba!!!

You are good walking to they gym. I guess I would walk if less than 2 to 3 blocks but I be in a rush and I walk slow because of knees and size so walking is a stretch for me. Good for you walking to the gym girl!
I had a good workout this morning at the gym. I did 22 min on bike and 22 min on elliptical and 20 min weight training! 2 workout down and 2 to go and one missed. Monday's are a killer for me but I had not missed a Monday in a while.
I try to work out M-F in case I get in nothing over the weekend.

I know what you mean about being tired! Does exercise ever get easier?
SOOOOO not in the mood for exercise. I start to say to myself "You can skip today and still have 4 days in" LOL> Which is true, but then I start to think five days is better. Plus I don't have to do the entire 3 miles today. I can do maybe 1.5..that is still getting off my butt and doing something right?
