In the first pic, you do not look like you were 354, but I know looks are deceiving.  But keep up the good work and keep exercising and NEVER stop.

You looked great before and of course you look great now. You carry your weight very well. I'm pre-op so seeing everyones transformations just makes me more resolved to start this journey. Keep up the good work!

thank you!

I was in the same shoes you were and the people on this website had given me total inspiration with their "transformations" too!

I had the gastric bypass and I am very happy with my surgery.
It is a life-changing event that I tell everyone. **** it truly saved my life; I had diabetes and high blood pressure at the age of 25. I've exahusted all of my abilities to succeed in weight loss  on my own because I was addicted to food. With the surgery, I have became less dependent on food and I look at food now as a source of energy. No longer a comfort. Plus, I also exercise due to the fear of having excessive skin. I have a bit under my arms but they are shrinking.

I just want to encourage you to take the plunge and have the surgery as a tool. Because you will determine your success with your weight loss.
