I only did 1 mile this morning, I am tired and had a lot to do last night, but at least I got some exercise in...

 Just got done with kettlebells - WHEW!  them thangs ain't NO JOKE!!!!!!

MM, i have a good friend who is a personal trainer (lives in another city).  we were discussing kettlebells one day and i told him about you and your likeness for it.  he said i should definitely look into it...how'd you start?  what size(s) did you get?  which dvd's do you use?

cardio for lunch and weights this evening...

Good Morning...I'll be moving my body intensly for one our with my personal trainer (lawd help me)...but hey...its worth it!

1 mile is wonderful and certainly better than NO mile!  I had a good workout this morning bright and early.

I did:
35 min of weight training
30 min on bike
15 min elliptical

If I write it down maybe I will do it. I plan on doing 20 mins of tae bo with 2lb weights and walk on the TM for 60 mins. I am so tired right now, but I know that I need to get this workout done.
