YES!!!!!!! I would be very interested something like that!!  I grew up cooking. My father was an executive french chef and a crazy azz creole. The art of food/cuisine and cooking has been a major part of my life.  I love to cook and do it well.  (All of my siblings do..mandatory growing up in our house!  LOL)!!  I have one cookbook written by a bandster and I LOVE it and still use it to this day.  DO IT GIRL!!! and keep us posted!

I think thats a great idea!!!  I can continue to cook the foods I love and also cook some soul food meals for the family that are alot healthier. Good Luck with that project! I will be looking out for it. You should try to submit it to OH for some publicity!
