Hello Beautiful One!
So far I have had my morning vitamins, a protein shake and some water.  I will be talking my morning walk in a few and doing my Zumba class tonight.  For lunch and dinner I will have chicken and veggies.  For snack I will have a cheese stick  and/or SF Jello....Before going to bed another protein shake and water,water,water!!!!

Hey Cookie!  What da heyl it do???!!!  LOL

I'm keeping thangs scrait.... Got my kettlebell on this morning - running tomorrow.  Funny, but I am really digging it now!

I'm not even looking at the scale these days - mofo just angers me! I'm setting interval goals on my running and keeping my eating 'clean' - allowing 300cal treats on my run days.

OK, let me get on this bandwagon.

I am starting TONIGHT with my workout (don't what I am going to do yet, but I am going to order a workout on cable) and have a turkey burger with cheese (no bread) and a salad.

As I type I am tossing my lemonade in the trash and picking up my bottle of water....ok one last sip of lemonde...OK it's in the trash!!!!

Happy to report that after two weeks, the gym is paying off. I was starting to "fill in" in the waist area.

Well, I've made it to the gym two days in a row and did my H20 and Vits.  I'm not night eating anymore, but it feels like I'm blowing up on top.

I changed gyms and the equipment and atmosphere is so much  better, so I hope I will change my evil ways.  LOL.
