After almost a week hanging out with family and loved ones on Long Island...I've noticed that my work pants have shrank. 

....(I'm probably drying them at too high heat in my dryer)...








OK...maybe I've gained...and need to take it back off...

Morning   have you been reading my blog??  i had something in it about focusing on why i binge... interesting.

cardio at lunch
didn't get to the hand weights yesterday, so will definitely do that today.  tuesdays & thursdays sound good for that anyway.

Thanks for reminder on my vitamins.  I have to get back to taking them regularly.  I am hitting and missing them lately.
