What are your goals this week?
My goal this week is to focus on protein, protein and more protein and limited carbs. My goal is also to burn over 8,000 in exercise this week. Last week I hit 5,200. I will be logging all my strength training minutes and light house work also.
I wore my HRM today doing housework and it was close to MFP.com calories burned, which surprised me! Normally I would mess around and stop while cleaning but since I had on my trusting HRM, I kept moving to keep it moving and I am going to do this from now on because I will get a better calorie burn.

I did not set a goal this week figuring since I've been sick I would just skip it. Wrong approach. Even a goal to maintain is still a goal. I've been flakey on the protein lately so my goal is to get my protein requirement daily and stick to the basics. Protein firs****er, vits, exercise.
