HOLD MY FEET TO THE FIRE! ACCOUNTABILITY MONDAY

Checking in! I am still going steady but no true weight loss. I was reading MM#1 plan and I think I'm going to jump on that wagon. I have already decided to start the couch to 5k again this week and my days to run would be MWF, so I'm going to try to do weight training T,Thursday but I must admit I don't really know where to begin on the weight training stuff. I do have weights and resistant bands at home with a DVD so I'll start there.
My kids are gone for the next 3-4 weeks so I plan to go hard and knock off 15 pounds while they are gone!
I'm already getting started on more protein and so far - this morning - 52 grams already consumed!

i have not worked out as much as I should have last week , bunch of crazy stuff goin on! I made it to the gym twice last week and got a combo of cardio and little strengh training........I'm looking to get back at my trainer for a little help in that area. I am getting most of my proteine , but some days it is really a challenge. So I went shpping over the weekend and purchased some muscle milk and went back to my original plan of having my food with me . Like today I brought some turkey smoked sausage and yogurt for breakfast , and grilled tuna with salsa for luch, I will have a muscle milk around 3pm and baked turkey w/ cabbage for dinner . I hope that I am on the right track, sometimes I think I should just drink shakes and not eat at all ...it would be soooo much easier.....the thing is that i am in this for change so I have got to learn how to get it done!

Hope you feel better soon! I hate when I feel sick..NO time to be sick around here with all these kids... Today I treated myself to some sushi. I didn't use the soy sauce, but I did eat the entire roll. Talk about full. I didn't mean to, but it was just so good. I am still within my calories limits, so I am okay for now. I ate about 330 pm and I am still full two hours later. Its not going down any time soon which means I won't crave for any food for another few hours. I need to exercise today. I started out on the TM this morning and stopped because my leg wasn't feeling up to it. I am going to either rest today or give it another try tonight when the kids are off to bed. However it goes I will be Doing Tae Bo and treadmill tomorrow. Two more bottles of water to go! I am trying to stop with the crystal light slowly. Right now I am doing two plain bottles and two crystal lts.Vitamins are almost complete. One more to go and done for the day.
