Good morning!
Hope everyone had a great weekend, I worked out hard yesterday my fiancee was in working in California so I did not travel this weekend, and I had a chance to catch up on my weekend workouts and boy did I work out, I walked down to the gym in my subdivision which is 15 minutes and worked out on the treadmill for 30 minutes on high tensity, then did the bike for 20 minutes and lifted some weights (about 10 pounds), and then walked back home...
This morning I walked to the gym and worked out on the treadmill for 30 minutes and lifted some weights and walked home.
I lost another pound on Friday night but Sunday morning I gained it back..but overall I am still down for 5 pounds for the week.

This weekend, I agreed to sign up for a 5K run in Oct with my homie...... so now I'm training.
Bought a new pair of running shoes this weekend - hit the gym this morning and got 1.9miles in on the treadmill at 4.7mph - did about 4 walk breaks during that time - 26min total.
I got to the gym late (forgot to wash clothes) so tomorrow, I will do kettlebells at the house in the morning. The running training program I researched suggests cross training on non run days anyway, so I may alter my schedule to accommodate this.

i, too, hit the gym yesterday...did about 2 hrs total of cardio. today i will do about 45 mins on the elliptical at lunch. at home tonight, i'm going to try some new hand weight routines i saw in women's magazine.

I could not motivate myself to get up today to go to they gym. But I did put my HRM on and cleaned up for 40 min straight and I burned 289 calories doing that which is not bad. I will hit the gym the rest of the week. Monday's are bad for me but I had been doing so good on Monday's.
When I clean and wear my HRM I get better burn because otherwise I will be stopping watching TV every 15 min or so. So I turned radio on and kept moving to keep my HRM in calorie burn mode. Have a good week!

Well yesterday me and my hubby went hiking which is still killing me because those hills are nothing nice. Today I am going to the gym for my cardio because my aerobics class was cancelled. I guess i will walk down the treadmill because i am just not in an elliptical mood.
