GREAT JOB ON THE 5LB LOSS SGT.      I WILL DO 30 MINS ON THE STAIRMASTER (THAT BIOTCH WILL MAKE YOU CALL IT MASTER) AFTER WORK AND 30 MINS WEIGHTS.  TOOK YESTERDAY OFF TO REST BECAUSE I WAS SO SORE.  Keep up the good work.  I hope to report a weight loss by next Friday.

Go ahead with your 5 pounds! That is how you turn it around. I am motivated even more to move move move. Yesterday I did three miles on the TM. Two I jogged and one I walked on incline of 6. Plus I cleaned a little around the house to keep from being bored. Keep up the good work.
