Good morning....

I've already got my 2 miles in today and will walk the malls this afternoon...
I am stocked this morning I got on the scales and I am down 5 pounds.

How are you doing?

 whaddup??!!!  Just got back from the gym - hit the treadmill again today.  25min total cardio and I only did 4 recovery intervals.  I did a pretty steady 4.7mph.  Next week, I'm hoping for more time at 4.8.  

This running this is kinda cool!

Sitting out for today .  Only one more required cardio session for the week.  I'll knock it out first thing in the morning.  Congrats on the 5 lb loss.

Congrats on the 5lb loss!  i'm doing the elliptical (30 mins) and running a mile at the Y for lunch.  that's all i can get in, but it's better than nothing.  have a great day!

Congrats on 5 pounds!!!  

I had a good workout at gym.  40 min on stationery bike and over 30 minutes on weights.

You have a good weekend also!!
