Post-ops who have gained weight back, but are taking it off!
YES, WE CAN!!!!
I have been crazy busy, but I'm still hanging in there.
That devilish late night snacking/grazing tried to grab me and hold me down, but I win!!! I forgot to mention that I had my once a month splurge with iced oatmeal cookies around the 4th of July. They were gooder than a mugg. No more until next month.
64 ounces of water down.

i'm slowly but surely trying to get back on my grind. zumba for lunch today...

I have exercised every week day this week and I proud of that and most days eating was OK, not great by any means. I have afraid to get on the scale this Monday. My goal is too stay on track this weekend. Protein, protein and more protein. I really did not think it would be this hard to eliminate the carbs but it is. I love protein but I like the carbs too.
So I have to find a way to eliminate those nasty carbs. So I am going to keep on keeping on. At work yesterday I gave my department ice cream bars and sandwiches I had brought for me to snack on. I got rid of all my carb snacks so Monday I am on a mission. It makes no sense for me not to be losing weight will all this exercise I am doing.
One thing I can say is I am not gaining any weight but I am not losing either. So I guess on that note the exercise is keeping the pounds away.
I know the problem so now on to eliminating it. Thanks for this post and you have a wonderful weekend!
