I'm not having a good day and its still early.  I fell into the peanut butter again yesterday but I did burn it off.  I will try to act like I have some good sense today.  Damned that PB and those 2for1 specials.

I wi**** wasn't so.  Used to be I could take it or leave it.  Now just give me the jar and a spoon.

My pouch has been giving me issues lately so the bulk of my diet is protein and Boost shakes. Water is on point. I'm on Prevacid Solutabs and Carafate so my vitamin schedule is off. 

Here's my attempt for food for today:

Early morning: Boost
Morning: Oatmeal with protein powder
Snack: Cheese stick
Lunch: Leftovers from last night - Parmesan encrusted tilapia (from Sam's Club)
Snack: Leftovers from last night - Steamer bag mixed veggies
Dinner: I'm cooking meat loaf, but if my pouch isn't feeling it, I'll have a protein shake or another Boost

That talapia sounds good.  I have some on hand.  Sounds like a dinner idea. 

Hope the pouch is a little less cranky.

Yesterday I didn't have any urge to have any wine. I needed an out from all my stress, but that's not an excuse to begin drinking and sabotage my health and weight loss. Food didn't go as good as I would have liked and I didn't get in all my water and I missed a vitamin. I only did two miles on the TM. Today is a new day. Back to the drawing board. Today I began the day with a turkey and cheese lean pocket. I was starving this morning. Yesterday I had a piece of homemade cinnamon roll. It was delicious, but that is the most sugar I have had since the surgery and I see the effects of it. I was in serious starvation mode. Never felt so hungry. Sugar make you crave. I was thinking about trying the Atkins plan. I know that it puts a person into ketosis really fast and that would help with the hunger. Today's plan is to keep my cal moderate and protein high. I would like to do tae bo with weights and jog two miles on the TM. Drink 8 cups of water. The more I continue to write in how horrible I do each day the more I feel disappointed in myself. I am more motivated to change this around. I want to start writing how well I am doing and how much I am losing. Right now I am doing exactly what I didn't want to do. Yo-Yo. I am so sick of it. I am ready to make a change for myself. I know its hard work, but it needs to be done.

Good resisting the wine.  Making and sticking to a good plan is hard but you can do it.  You don't need to follow any one diet plan just stay within your doc's protocol at your present stage. 

Build in variety.  One thing the vets have taught me is boredom is the enemy.
