Good morning....

I've already done my 2 miles this morning, kinda sore from my hard workout yesterday...but I gotta keep going.  Don't slip you must exercise get some exercise in EVERY DAY to acheive the results you want, it can't be a marathon here and there it must be DAILY.

How will you move your body today?

Hit upon a good combo yesterday.  Eliptical followed by rowing machine.  Cool 718 calorie burn in 70 minutes plus its a cardio combo that works both upper and lower body.  Definetly adding this to my cardio rotation.  Doing it again today.

I did thirty minute walk at lunch yesterday and hit the gym for 20 minutes on ellipitical, 10 minutes on  bike, and 10 minutes on the treadmill.  I been out  of the gym for a while so I am builting myself back up to my ninety minute workouts.

Today I will walk thirty minutes at lunch and hit the gym for about forty five minutes.

So far so good. I did a two mile jog on the TM and then walked a mile on 5% INCLINE. I plan to get in 30 mins of tae bo this afternoon.

Okay I'm on the band wagon now!  I walked 30 minutes during lunch time and after work I did a 3 mile walk/jog around the lake.  I plan to walk on my treadmill for 20 minutes later today.
