Do you work your tool OR do you make excuses?

I work my tool to the advantage , I did not go thru all of this just to fail!  I may not be up to  the number you mention mack, but I am workin it! started some strengh training last week and  hope to get back on board with my trainer in the next couple of weeks . Until then I will do what I do the best I can.  I also have a couple of work out buddies at the gym , we keep one another accoutable ........

Thank yall for all your inspiration...got me to join the gym!!  So as I try to lift my arms to type this message (cause they so sore), I am thankful for all you who are doing the dymn thang. 

Past two weeks I am back in the gym giving it all I got, and doing better with the eating.  I lost 1 pound, but its cool cause I am toning up already!!

God is good all the time!!

Well since I haven't been here in decades I won't lie I haven't worked out since a Non Cullard Dude was in the white house.  Ok Ok I got it get moving.  Thanks for the reminder
