Thanks for sharing this makes me feel less obsessed about weighing myself daily I'm so afraid of losing control of creeping weight! It's a good idea to have a predetermined weight that if you reach it......... its time to completely regroup.....I'm going with 5 pounds because I know how easy it is for my weight to get out of control......,To the point of no return!
