Good morning....
I brisked walked 5 miles this morning and was drenched in sweat
...this is the type of movement produce fast weight loss for me, I will pump it up further and dance for about 1 hour tonight.
I just got my band pumped up very tight, so hopefully with me working my tool and working my band to the fullest I hope to see some results by weeks end.
