Work that tool..work it...How are you moving your body today?

Good morning....

I brisked walked 5 miles this morning and was drenched in sweat...this is the type of movement produce fast weight loss for me, I will pump it up further and dance for  about 1 hour tonight.

I just got my band pumped up very tight, so hopefully with me working my tool and working my band to the fullest I hope to see some results by weeks end.

Are you working your tool to the fullest today? Work it ...work it work it....

A walk at lunch and one hour at the gym :)

I'm offf to my gym. I plan to send 1/2 hr on the eliptical  45 mins weight training at 10-15 mins in my sauna or steam room

and 30 minutes swimming.
