Good morning,

Hope everyone had a great weekend! I will be hitting the treadmill this afternoon, after a long hiatus from daily exercise I had to slowly work my way back up, by walking first daily for about 2 miles per day, I think I am ready for some hard sweat now!

How are you moving your body today?

hey Nana...i'm going to do a repeat of yesterday for lunch...elliptical 30 mins and run a mile on the track.

I hit the gym this morning! and had a decent workout!  I was running late but determine to do something.   For Cardio: I did 21 min on elliptical and 15 min on bike.  I did lower body weight machines today also.

On week two of my six weeks to "burn to goal" planToday was legs, cardio and core.  Jumped back on the elliptical after a long break from it!  I LOVE IT!! It has always been my favorite piece of work out equipment. Will hit the pool in a little while for the swim portion of the gym/swim combo!  Tomorrow: Pilate's and cardio.  

Love is all there is, ever was or ever will be...

I've been being lazy today for the most part. I have a Health spa here so there's no excuse Its my TOM so no pool but I may go to my gym if I get done with my online job in time. If not I'll go tomorrow.
