Good morning,
Hope everyone had a great weekend! I will be hitting the treadmill this afternoon, after a long hiatus from daily exercise I had to slowly work my way back up, by walking first daily for about 2 miles per day, I think I am ready for some hard sweat now!

hey Nana...i'm going to do a repeat of yesterday for lunch...elliptical 30 mins and run a mile on the track.

On week two of my six weeks to "burn to goal" plan. Today was legs, cardio and core. Jumped back on the elliptical after a long break from it! I LOVE IT!! It has always been my favorite piece of work out equipment. Will hit the pool in a little while for the swim portion of the gym/swim combo! Tomorrow: Pilate's and cardio.
Hitting the cardio today. Not sure what yet but I will get it done.
