LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I need to start this week off with an attitude adjustment. I'm bitter and angry over **** that is fkcu'n with my waist line but totally out of my control. Too much grazing and too many carbs this weekend. That ain't gonna help me outta this mess. I must get my head straight.
Still on the fat making pills but I will make the best of it. I think I can get a cardio workout in today so I'm going for it and see what happens. My appetite is HUGE so I must focus on lower cal lower carb food**** the protein hard, and make sure I get enough fat to stay sated. I also need to hold back on the processed foods and sodium cause they aren't helping. Also, more plain water.
This week's goal is to hold it in check to avoid further expansion and stay in my clothes. I can out grow a size in ten days when I get like this. Not this time. I will not let that happen.

My Goal is to return back to work Wednesday, remember my fluids, get protein in and yeah progress to the end of my two week stage diet. I dumped the first home last night, I took a gulp of the last of a protein shake, I knew it Shen I swallowed; I got weak, hot, sweaty, and super tired, I had to lay down and rest but then kept belching till 1 this morning, lesson learned and I do know my pouch works, Wooty Whoooo!!!!!! )))
