MOO.  Thats the sound of me grazing yesterday.  Mostly protein but still not pretty.  I'm back in serious weight loss mode to combat the fat inducing drugs I'm taking.  I'm getting a not so nice barrel shape and its just been a few days.  These meds waste no time in fkcu'n me up.

Pantry and fridge are full of fresh veg.  I've got lots of protein to throw in the oven and I'm rid of all the "NO!" foods on my current list.  Back to full tracking today.  There will be no grazing and no un planned eating.  I will not let these medication take me away from my goal weight.  I AM ON THIS.

100g protein daily including a scoop of protein powder.  80 oz water/ liquids.  All vits/ supps.  Health issues still have me away from exercise but I will do whatever I can.

Well you are doing good even with out exercise.  Did I miss why you changed your name to zero jeans?  Are you at a size zero now?

Anyway like you I grazed yesterday also.  Today back on track.   No exercised planned today.  But I plan on exercising 5 days this week at the gym.  Have a good week!

The new name is a reminder that I'm still in my goal size so its not all bad.  I gained 8 lbs this week on steroids and pain meds so I was feeling discouraged.   I just hit my goal weight a week ago dammit.

I hit a size zero at the gap and american eagle outfitters in skirts awhile back and in jeans and last month.  The "goal pants" I've been trying on every day are a size zero.  That's what I'm wearing in my goal pics posted last week.  Whenever these jeans get tight, its time to loose the extra pounds.  I've got to get back on it right away before I can't zip in any more, lol.

I hope to be on the exercise again tomorrow.  I may be able to handle lower body only but I will do something.   I can't loose without a workout.  My base calorie need is under 1600 so I need the burn if I'm to achieve any meaningful deficit.

Well I understand your being discouraged by that but at least you know the reason for the weight gain--and this can not be helped.  But this is no reason like you said to blow up like some do.  I do know many who have succeeded with maintenance of weight loss on these weight gaining meds.

It takes watching your intake more and definitely exercise is a key factor.  Just keep doing what you have been doing and do whatever movement you can do and this will help keep the weight gain to a minimum or to zero and hopefully a loss.  I will keep you in my prayers on this matter because this will definitely be a challenge for you.  A challenge I know you are up to achieving!
