Happy 8 year anniversary to me!!
Hey sis...I am so late responding to this post but you know I don't get over here often. I want to congratulate you on 8 years out and you've always been an inspiration to me and many others.
Your testimony...awesome...as I'm one of those post-ops *****gained but have since gotten it together to get the weight off. I hired a trainer and now go to the gym at work and have changed my eating habits.
So...you continue doing what works for you and know that you truly are worth every dime you spend and then some. I've had folks say "why pay a trainer all that money" and to them I say "when I ask YOU for help paying...then worry about it...until then let me spend my money on what works for me".
Again....congratulations on 8 years out and as always you look amazing!
