LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I needed a new name yesterday to stay motivated. I refuse to expand out of my jeans, weight gaining drugs or not.
* I've been lax on the vits & water but I'm getting back on it.
*Over the weekend I am cutting the carbs and upping the protein and fat so by Monday its 100g protein and veg. News flash for the low carbers: you cannot low carb AND low fat. You need enough calories to burn fat and retain muscle.
*I'm keeping a "NO!" list of foods I can't keep in the house because at times I loose my mind.
I've been at goal for a minute but this flare up has fkcu'd me up bad. Pain and swelling is screwing my exercise but I'll do whatever I can. I'll be done with the steroids tomorrow so Monday should start to get better.
Its right back to active weight loss mode. Full tracking daily. We all know the drill. I AM KEEPING THESE ZERO JEANS FOREVER. I've already made my 150 lb century club card and I intend to use it. These jeans will fit and they will be loose, period.

All I can say is that I am going back to basics...less talk and more action is my motto. I have my plan and I am going to keep lurking for a while. I need to take notes more and stop all the chatter. Feeling really humble today. I am still in a good position...stopped the gain so now its time to go back in the other directions. Tracking my food, water and exercise is basic for me. I let my vacation be my sabatage. My fault totally. No more excuses.
Must admit, I'm a bit frustrated today. After a grueling week (week one) of the new intense workout on my "burn to goal" six week plan...I didn't loose an ounce!!!! Still need to check my thyroid levels. But, I'm not going to let that discourage me for long. Heading to the pool to do Aqua pilates. Just signed up for it so I hope it's a good workout. Still drinking my protein coffee and getting in those supplements!!
Yesterday no wine and today no wine thus far. I would have already had maybe two glasses by now. I did get some exercise in. I have stepped it up a little bit these last couple days. My hubby asked if it was because of all the wine. I told him "No, I just have a goal and I am trying to make it." I am starting to log my foods, no matter what I ate, so I can stop trying to calculate stuff in my head and see the real deal. Water is going good so far, but i end up slacking off towards the end. I may get in four bottles if I keep drinking. Vitamins are cool. Sometimes I don't feel like taking them, but I get them in. I find it better when I start early in the morning and finish early in the day, but that never happens. As long as I get them in right? I am making it a goal to stop weighing myself everyday. I would like to cut it down to maybe once a week, but that is hard for some reason. I'm going to work on it. Time to clean the house and finish taking care the kids. Enjoy your day..
Careful tracking can make a huge difference for food and exercise. You'd be surprised how far off you can get be it too much or too little.
Weigh as seldom or often as you need to to get results. Everyday works best for me. Three to five pounds up and its weight loss time for me. I went from a little overweight to obese in part because I stoped weighing daily. I will not let that happen again.
