I am ashamed. I've let these damned steroids take control and I ate like a bottomless pit last night. I'm fighting weight gain from the last gram of drugs and now I'm pumped with another gram.
Today I need to fight the hunger. Its bad, eating me from the inside out but its the drugs talking. I will answer with dense protein and protein powder. I must stay away from the empty calories, avoid the carb monster, and the frruit. Protein and low cal veg today. Pray for me. I've been at goal for a minute. Please don't let it slip away.

I have been working out every single day, so what If I have been enjoying European M&M's and Snickers, I'm working my butt off. Oh the hard roasted flavor, I wish we had hard roasted ones like this in America.
I brought my exercise bands so I can even do my strength training.

Praying for you to stick with protein and veggies. I know you can do it. I have been trying to get back on track. Each day I do better and better with food. Once I get back on track this time I plan to stay there for some months before I give myself a treat that takes me off plan. I have been stuck on this wine for the last few days. I am cutting it down to a couple glasses a day, but I do workout hard, and today is my last glass until New Years Eve. Prayers needed. I ran my first 5k on tuesday. I am very proud of myself. I am going to win this battle. I just have to stay strong and work hard.
