Good morning....

Hope everyone is doing great! Thanks for participating with me on my morning grind hopefully it will keep everyone on track and produce great results!

I did 2 miles of brisk walking again this morning in this intense heat which produces a lot of sweat that is what I look for is sweat, but it was about 5 this morning I am feeling stronger and better daily so hopefully in about 2 weeks I will be back on the treadmill sweating.

How will you move today?

Thirty minute walk indoors at lunch and maybe hit the gym after work.  I am being really careful because of the intense heat makes me feel horrible.

I will be hitting the gym today for 45 to 60 min of cardio and do some weights.   Thanks for post!

Good Morning,

I've already moved my body courtesy of the one-on-one personal training session at the gym courtesy of my employer.  I will move my body again another 30 minutes walking/jogging on the treadmill later.

i will be at the gym during lunch and after work.  i can't do the heat, so anything indoors is fine by me.

Whewwww girl, just got back from the gym. Legs and core today! I added 100 crunches today...and I felt urry one of 'em!  Hitting the pool later for laps!
