What you do to get your Century card is that you write an email to this website: [email protected]

You make the title "Century Card Request" You give them the information from your profile that give your Member Number, and then you wait about 4 or 5 weeks and you'll get a notice saying the card's been posted on your site. You'll know they got the email from you because an automatic email comes when you send a request to them.
