Post-ops who have gained weight, but are taking it back off!
Whew! What a weekend. I ate everything I wanted to eat and did not exercise one time. I did manage to get my vitamins and water in.
Today is a new day!
Morning vitamins down
Isopure protein shake down
Fiber One bar down
Coffee - still sipping
32 ounces of water down
Lunch will be stewed chicken and sweet peas that my cooked for me.
Cardio after work today.
Looking to lose 3 pounds this week.

yeah, i'm glad that long weekend is OVA! i joined the Y yesterday. this is the first time i've been a member of a gym since being banded. i NEED the class environment. plus the lil one can go swimming without me swatting bugs and getting blacker in the process!!!
i have a zumba class at lunch...eating will be on point and so will the water.

yes, WHEW...what a weekend!!! I actually didn't do to bad at all.

Water - not a problem anymore, I eat/drink at least 128 ozs of ice everyday now! I'm addicted!!
B - ham/egg/cheese (the insides of a breakfast taco)
L - probably a grilled chicken ceasar salad from Wendy's
D - baked chicken legs/vegetable
S - watermelon/cantelope
Praise Report: I have been "sober" from the Mickey D's Sweet Tea for over a month now, so this weekend I tried to drink one and immediately had the worst stomach cramps I have experienced in a very long time.......I was soooo happy! I think I'm cured!!!!! YEA!!!

Early morning - coffee w/ 2% milk, SF cranberry juice ****tail, vitamins
Breakfast - boiled egg and half of a cold cut & cheese sandwich
Lunch - same as breakfast.
If I get hungry between meals, I'll snack on crunchy peanut butter on a slice of low carb bread.
I haven't decided what I want for dinner yet.
As of my official weigh-in on Monday, I was 2 pounds from my goal weight and it's getting closer.
