Make today count.

 

Today is all you have. This moment is what's real. Who knows what the next moment, or tomorrow, will bring? So ask yourself, "What can I accomplish today?"

 

This is your time to create the life you want. Procrastination gains you nothing. In fact, it robs you of the better life you desire. When faced with an action, have you said, "I'll do that when I'm thinner"? You don't have to wait. You can get busy today and make headway toward your goals.

 

Action for the day: Do three things you have been putting off.

Each day is a new day for me so today I will:
Eat high protein and good carbs. No nuts of any kind. Nuts are my weakness.
Complete both sessions of my workout.
Do something great for me.
