The holiday weekend is over and its back to reality time for most of us. How did you do? Tell the whole truth and be accountable. Did the bbq's get you off track? We can't let that happen!
Just think of the number of holidays and special occaisions we have in a year. If we go off on each one we'lll never reach or maintain our goals.
No fretting if you've gone off track. Get right back on it! Its all about you doing it for yourself. Protein first, plenty of water, take your vits and supplements, get your exercise. You WILL do this!
Congratulatons to those who managed to loose or maitain in spite of the long weekend. Do tell how you did it. We need you to share your secrets.

LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I did only fair yesterday. I'd have to rate myself a C for the day. I've been sick with my non wls problems so I could not get out to pick up vits and calcium. I did take my iron and potassium. I also stuck with protein first. Water was low because I had tea with caffeine that does not count.
Today I will miss vits and calcium again cause its doubtful I can drive. However, I'm doing well with the protein again. No exercise until the pain diminishes. I may be able to get in exercise lite with a beginners walking DVD.

Exercise on track for the week so far. Knocked out my cardio session this morning with a run on the street. So that will free up some time tonight to catch up on some other things.
Doing pretty good with protein. Water is always an issue. It seems I never get enough. Definitely could back up off the sodas and lemonade. Vits are fine. Think I need to increase my Vit D again. I'm sure it's probably low.
Weight ranges from 185-188, so right around goal. I'd like to stablize out at about 183. Other than that, I'm good.
B: bacon, grits, protein coffee
L: two cans tuna fish and crackers
D: grilled chicken thighs and baked beans
