Sorry I'm late today. 

The holiday weekend is over and its back to reality time for most of us.  How did you do?  Tell the whole truth and be accountable. 
Did the bbq's get you off track?  We can't let that happen!  Just think of the number of holidays and special occaisions we have in a year.  If we go off on each one we'lll never reach or maintain our goals. 

No fretting if you've gone off track.  Get right back on it!  Its all about you doing it for yourself.  Protein first, plenty of water, take your vits and supplements, get your exercise.  You WILL do this!

I have to get back to serious tracking which I've skipped over the last week.  I'm not sure if I got all my in protein yesyerday because I had a lot of fruit and cereal.  Today I'm back to protein first and making sure I have a scoop of protein powder every day. 

Todays plan:  75-100g protein, 64-80 oz water, all vits & supplements, an hour of cardio.   I've got yesterdays strength training to make up this week as well. 

I'm at goal and 9 lbs from "ideal" weight.  I want a little cushion for the normal ups and downs.  I never want to see that scale pass the 130's so I need to drop a few more pounds.

I've lost 5lbs over the last weekend even with the holiday weekend OH YEAH.
