Good morning,
It's early and I am back on the grind, ready to walk about 2 miles this morning before the heat cranks up....I am trying to build myself back up to running at high tensity on the treadmill for 45 minutes but as they say one day at a time...How are you moving your body today?

Hi beautiful! I'm back on the j-o-b grind this morning, so my workout will have to wait until later this evening. I'll get in about a 3 mile walk as soon as the sun heads down. Then I'll add in about 15 mins with the bands for toning.
I mix up on the weekends and switch it around to the early morning hours just to keep shocking my body routine. You'd be surprised how that kicks your metabolism into gear and drops the weight and inches just by making small changes like that to your routine.

Hi gorgeous yourself! That's a good idea mixing things up a bit, I am so out of shape I need to do only the basics right now, I hope to gradually increase my exercise within a few weeks
Today is cardio. Ninety minutes eliptical, stepper, and bike.
