Happy Anniverary to ME

Not sure I know anyone the board anymore, it's been a while.  Today is my 6th anniversary.  I'm not 326 anymore...still struggling though... ... still fighting to get under 200; my lowest post surgery 216, my highest since surgery 263!!!  The war wages on!  I decided to go see a psychiatrist, self sabatoge was killing me.  Now down to 251.... 199 is in my future I swear it!

Happy Surgiversary!  The good news is that you are still well below your beginning weight, and that you can still work your tool to turn it around.  You're already making strides towards doing that just, so you are on your way.  Best wishes in your continued journey to better ehalth!
