How have you been managing this long holiday wekend?  Did the bbq's get you off track?  No fretting, just get right back on it!  Its all about you doing it for yourself. 

We all know the rules:  protein first, plenty of water, take your vits and supplements, get your exercise.  You CAN do this!

  Me, a jar of chunky peanut butter, a spoon = total m-ef'n cluster fkcu!  The pb needs to go it the trash today.  I am ashamed.  Must be strong before I wind up needing to join MsCookie's re-looser's thread.  I haven't been at goal for but a minute and I'm screwing up. 

Started today well with protein first and a little fruit. I still need to pick up vits but I'm getting it together today.  Will keep my eating on plan plus water, vits and exercise.   

I WILL NOT fkcu up today!

Hey,
I dont think i did too bad this holiday weekend. Yesterday I did have a couple of ribs (baby backs) and maybe a tsp of mac/cheese, baked beans and probably about 48 oz of water.. So not too bad although my goal was to stay away from the carbs.

I too have ran out of vits (which this is the 1st time being 10 mos out- so that lets you know Ive been hitting and missing on my vits too). So i plan to restock this week.  My goal this week (again) is to stay below 20g of carbs, get all my workouts in and add an additional 8 oz of  water each day until i can reach the goal of drinking at least 64 oz a day. 

Otherwise, I'm back at stall again.. I did hit 198 and now back at 200 and been stuck there for 3 weeks. so Im going to work this thing out!!

You keep working it girl.  I've been carb heavy myself over the wekend but I'm getting back on track this minute.

Its been hard for me.. my biggest problem is planning out my meals and snacks (while trying to stay below 20g of carbs) and avoiding sugar.. So its a big challenge.

I would love to get back on track today, but it looks like tomorrow is when its really going to happen. We made so much food yesterday, but knowing me I would eat all the ribs until they are all gone, so  had my hubby take them and give them to his friends at work. He left behind a cake which I did try this morning. It wasn't even that good, but I still ate it. I been cleaning all day friday and sat so exercise wasn't completed, but I did burn calories cleaning. I am going to get back on track tomorrow with exercise, food, and water. Vitamins are on track since I received my order. I don't want my calcium in my bones t be used up. This has been a tough week and weekend, but it will soon get better. My TM is fixed so I am happy about that. I have some two pound weights that I plan to start using with my tae bo dvd. I am so happy that you reached goal. That must be an awesome feeling. How did you reward all your hard work?

Tough weekend but get right back on it.  Remember you can do a lot of damage waiting until tomorrow to get back on point. 

Goal is an awesome feeling.  I purchased the jeans in that last picture as an incentive and reward.   Its my dream size.
