LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I ran out of vits. Very bad, I know. Also, I'm light on the water as well. Eating was good. I did not track but I was careful.
Today I will get the liquids in. At least 64 oz although 80 oz would be better. Time to pick up some vits and calcium. As far as food goes, I need to up the protein. I'm getting my base needs in but my hair and nails demand 100g. No workout planned but maybe a 30 min dvd.
