What are your July goals??

I ended the month with only a 3 pound weight gain, so I was able to lose back 9 of the 12 pounds gained in June on my roller coaster ride.  No more roller coasters for me for a while.  

My goal for July is no more YO-YOing.  I want to be more consistent with eating.  I want a maintain or lose.  I want to lose at least 8 pounds just because I am still a size where this is a realistic and reasonable goal.  Meanwhile, I will continue with my exercising which I can't complain about at all.  I am back up to exercising almost every day, including weight training and avg 50+ min of cardio exercises.  What are your goals for the month of July? Please share.

Good Morning Mollie......  For the month of July, I'd like to continue to maintain.  I'm at a good place weight wise, and have met my initial goal, and the additional goal I set after that.  So maintaining is first, and then I need to work on increasing my water intake.  I did better with it last month, but I still don't get in nearly enough.  My one year surgiversary is next month, and I'm really curious as to what my numbers will look like.  I think I'm on track.

My goal for the month is to set a new low....I am still 60-70lbs outside of goal but getting to a new low weight is something that is attainable at least since there are 31 days in this month, lol.
