Lee, I'm hoping Becca won't have to go to the doctor, but just in case she needs to see someone, I contacted a friend from London to get some information. She said your best options would be either going to a hospital or an NHS walk in center rather than trying to see a GP.
As long as Becca has her travel insurance documents there shouldn't be any problems about billing. You can call NHS direct to get more specific facility information.
