LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
You'd think making goal would inspire me to stay on the straight and narrow but I was a greedy sucker yesterday. Pumped full of steroids, I pigged out on ff potato chips and 100 cal coffee cake snacks. Vicious sweet & salty cravings had mi gripped. I kept my meals in check but the snacks were my downfall.
Doing well today. No cravings. Eating right. Getting the water in. Must fit into these goal pants for the rest of my life. Besides, I have a muffin top in a new pair of jeans that just has to go. Goal not withstanding, I must trim this midsection. I will do well today.
