48 ounces of water down
Morning vitamins down

Made a huge protein, yogurt, fruit smoothie this morning and I am just now finishing it up.

Lunch will be the new salad from Wendy's.

Exercise after work.

Dinner will be something with ground turkey.


One day at a time.  One step at a time.  We can get the weight back off!!

i'm nibbling on a fruit filled chicken salad...OMG!!!

1 bottle of water down, about 6 more to go.

lunch a salad from somewhere

dinner i'm feining for some spinach.  i have some fresh picked sweet corn on the cob..OMG!!! probably finish off the turkey burger.

either walk the neighborhood tonight (weather is awesome) or get on the treadmill.

Did my run on the street this morning
Took vits
Ate my bacon/eggs/protein coffee
Water?   Well, still working on that.

Will probably do tuna fish again for lunch.  Need to start increasing my protein intake.

Dinner will be chicken thighs I will toss on the grill that I already got seasoned in the fridge right now, along with some baked beans!

I lost 5pounds last week, hoping to do the same this week...

grilled brat with sauted onions(left over)


lunch: tuna salad abt 1cup if I can get it down.

Dinner- Grilled salmon  with sauted veggies... 

You guys are such great help!  I cant say thank you enough!!! Have a blessed day...

I almost forgot 3miles in my sauna suit tonight.... That thing is just awesome....

scrambled egg and link sausage for breakfast
will have 1/3 cup of northern beans my sis cooked for lunch
salmon and baked swet potatoe fries for dinner
will get to the gym and spen 45 min to an hour in the pool

some beef jerky for additional protein

 Did a 3mile speed walk/jog at 6am this morning. Had a  latte and banana this am. Running behind on water though (I guess the 16 oz of gatorade counts but about to get it started and taking my vitamins.
